Alana Savell — They let me down in the biggest way possible, although they did honor my request and give me his beard before cremation the only other thing I wanted so badly was a picture of his only tattoo he got later on in his life and sadly enough when I went to get his ashes they had done no such thing for me... Read more and I am now left with only memories and being able to recreate the tattoo on myself with his ashes in it will be impossible.... Read less
